* Feküdjön hasra a talajra! (viszonylag kemény alátámasztás legyen, ne az ágy)
* Két karja legyen fölfelé nyújtva a feje mellett, feje a homlokán támaszkodjon!
* Két lába legyen nyújtva a törzs folytatásában!
* Emelje meg jobb karját és bal lábát! Ügyeljen rá, hogy könyöke és térde végig nyújtva maradjon, combja elemelkedjen kicsit a
talajtól, és homloka maradjon a talajon!
* Tartsa meg ezt a helyzetet 2-3 mp-ig, majd engedje vissza!
* Ezután végezze el a gyakorlatot bal karral és jobb lábbal is!
* Ismételje felváltva mindkét oldalra 10-15-ször!
